Artwork specifications & order support.

Once you submit your custom print order, our pre-flight print technicians inspect your artwork dimensions, vector boundaries, and bleed spacing. Inside 2 working hours, we email you a high-fidelity digital proof mapping exact cut-lines (magenta) and safe margins (cyan). We only start printing after you click "Approve Proof" online.

Because we pride ourselves on quick turnarounds, approved proofs are automatically queued into nesting software and sent directly to digital press beds or wide-format latex printers. Once approved, we cannot edit or cancel the layout. Please audit spelling, font outlines, and colors prior to clicking approve.

We operate a versatile, digital press room designed for maximum flexibility. You can order single satin posters or retractable banner stands immediately. Certain high-volume stationery packs or custom signs have low standard minimum orders to account for mechanical setup times.

For crisp, high-definition print quality, we highly recommend vector files saved as PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG with fonts converted to outlines. If you are uploading raster artwork (e.g. photos), we accept high-resolution PNG, TIFF, or PSD files saved at a minimum of 300 DPI at actual print size.

Bleed is the artwork area that extends beyond the actual trim line of your product. Because mechanical paper cutting can shift slightly (up to 1/16"), extending background graphics into the bleed zone ensures no raw paper borders are visible on the cut edges. Please include a standard 0.125" (3mm) bleed margin on all edges of your artwork files.

All commercial press beds print in CMYK ink grids. If you upload artwork in RGB (web colors), our automated system will convert it to CMYK. Because RGB colors appear brighter on backlit glass screens than in raw matte inks, some color shifts may occur. For exact color accuracy, please design and export your files in the CMYK workspace.

Yes! If you are managing print collateral for a client, we offer blind shipping where the packages contain absolutely zero invoices or local branding. The shipping label displays your business details as the shipper. Your clients receive their premium custom prints believing it came straight from your office.

Our prepress production timelines are designed for quick turnarounds. We ship directly from our production facility. Ground delivery and express options are available. Delivery tracking details are automatically generated and emailed once your prints leave our facility.
